The Challenge

Creating the best user experience is constantly the goal of Performance Trust Capital Partners (PTCP) when it comes to their three-day education program called Performance Trust University (PTU). This program is taught over ten times each each all across the United States to community financial institutions to equip them with better decision making tools. The challenge with this project was to continually improve the customer experience and to make the preparation process more efficient. There are a lot of moving parts planning this event, and it was our team's goal to get the job done rapidly without sacrificing quality.

Our Approach

As one of the in-house designers on this project, I helped develop the attendee package that included presentation materials, such as: a guide for each session, personalized materials like name tags and binder covers for each attendee, folders, course and location informational sheets, agendas, and evaluation forms. Each piece of the larger package was critical to get right, as was maintaining a streamlined user experience for each event.

Marketing Materials

PTU's educational focus benefits hundreds of banks and other financial institutions each year. The collateral and materials developed and maintained for this event needed to match the high bar set by the level of knowledge being offered. Our team continually improved these materials, and even have done so since the last event I participated in preparing for.
